摘  要:福州至平潭铁路地理位置独特、建设条件复杂,介绍福平铁路工程概况、建设条件、跨海桥位方案比选、主要设计原则以及三座大跨度桥梁。闽江特大桥(主跨198 m)、乌龙江特大桥(主跨288 m)和平潭跨海公铁两用大桥(主跨532,364,336,168 m)桥式方案合理,技术可行,具有良好的技术经济性和耐久性;分析了大跨度连续刚构、部分斜拉桥以及公铁合建桥梁的技术特点,乌龙江特大桥采用斜拉索体外加劲可以显著提高结构跨越能力,平潭海峡公铁两用大桥采用超大直径钻孔桩、斜拉桥钢桁梁整节段全焊结构和双层钢-混结合全焊简支钢桁梁等多项创新技术均为首次应用,对于大型跨海桥梁工程应结合工厂化、装配化、快速化施工技术,合理选择跨海桥梁建设方案,加强桥梁结构耐久性,确保工程质量,降低工程风险。Fuzhou-Pingtan Railway has unique geographical location and complex construction conditions.This paper introduces the overall situation of Fuping Railway Project,construction conditions,comparison and selection of cross sea bridge site schemes,main design principles and three long-span bridges of Minjiang Super Large Bridge(main span 198 m),Wulongjiang Super Large Bridge(main span 288 m),and Pingtan Sea crossing rail-road bridge(main span 532,364,336,168 m).The three bridges schemes are reasonable,technically feasible and have good technical economy and durability.The technical characteristics of long-span continuous rigid frame,partial cable-stayed bridge and rail-road bridge are analyzed.The external stiffening of stay cable for Wulongjiang Super Large Bridge can significantly improve the crossing capacity of the structure.The Pingtan Strait rail-road dual-purpose bridge adopts super large diameter bored piles with a number of innovative technologies,such as full welded structure of steel truss girder of cable-stayed bridge and double-layer steel-concrete composite fully welded simply supported steel truss beam,which are applied for the first time.For large-scale sea crossing bridge engineering,it is necessary to combine the factory,assembly and rapid construction technology,reasonably select the construction scheme of cross sea bridge,strengthen the durability of bridge structure,ensure engineering quality and reduce engineering risk.
