摘 要:位于高烈度地震区的高速铁路大跨混凝土简支梁桥质量大,结构重要性程度高,抗震设防问题十分突出。宝兰高铁三阳川1号特大桥采用48 m大跨混凝土简支梁跨越渭河,桥址位于0.3g的高烈度地震区,抗震设计成为控制设计的关键环节。以三阳川1号特大桥48 m混凝土简支梁的抗震设防为依托,调研了当前铁路桥梁常用的几种减隔震装置,提出三种可行的减隔震方案,并建立有限元模型,对每种方案减隔震装置的适应性及减隔震效果进行模拟、分析研究。最后,对每种方案的优缺点进行了系统的综合比较,并成功将减震榫在高铁48 m大跨简支梁上进行设计应用。结论:(1)三种减隔震方案通过合理的参数设计,均可以达到较好的减隔震效果;(2)减震榫方案结构构造简单,减隔震效率高,成本低廉,不影响结构的正常使用,有利于推广使用;(3)经综合比选,宝兰高铁三阳川渭河1号特大桥48 m大跨简支梁采用分离式减震榫的减隔震设计方案。减震榫这种新型减隔震在高铁桥梁上的成功应用,丰富了减震榫在高铁大跨混凝土简支梁减隔震设计中的实践。The high-speed railway large-span simply supported concrete beam bridge located in high intensity earthquake area has great mass and high structural importance,and the seismic fortification problem is very prominent.Sanyangchuan No.1 super large bridge of Baoji-Lanzhou High-speed Railway,located in 0.3g high-intensity earthquake area,crosses Weihe River with 48 m long-span concrete simply supported beam,and the seismic design becomes the key link of control design.Based on the seismic fortification of the 48 m concrete simply supported beam of Sanyangchuan No.1 Super Major Bridge,this paper investigates several seismic isolation devices commonly used in railway bridges and proposes three feasible seismic reduction and isolation schemes.The finite element model is established to simulate and analyze the adaptability and the effect of each scheme.Finally,the advantages and disadvantages of each scheme are compared systematically.Conclusion:(1)With reasonable parameter design,the three kinds of seismic reduction and isolation schemes can achieve good effects.(2)The shock absorber scheme has the advantages of simple structure,high isolation efficiency and low cost,which does not affect the normal use of the structure and is conducive to its promotion and application.(3)Based on comprehensive comparison and selection,the concerned bridge adopts the seismic isolation design scheme of separated shock absorber.The successful application of shock absorber in high-speed railway bridge enriches the practice of shock absorber in seismic isolation design of high-speed railway long-span simply supported concrete beam.
