摘 要:目前国内土塘养殖业中的投饵环节普遍采用投饵机单机定点方式进行作业,多个土塘需配置多台投饵机,导致投饵效率低、投入成本高。针对该问题,设计一种“1+N”型智能投饵装置,包括整机结构、旋转定量下料结构、风送式远程送料结构、传感式精准称重结构、“1+N”型分料结构等设计,可实现单源多点精准投饵。试验测试结果表明,“1+N”型智能投饵装置任意两出料口间饵料质量的相对误差小于10%,20 kg饵料量的平均投饵时间仅需30 s,输送距离可达100 m,能够为土塘养殖的精准化、高效化提供装备及技术支撑。At present,in the domestic pond aquaculture industry,baiting machine is widely used in the fixed-point operation mode of single machine.Many ponds need to be equipped with multiple baiting machines,which leads to low efficiency and high cost of feeding.To solve this problem,a"1+N"intelligent feeding device is designed,including the following structure design to achieve single source multi-point accurate feeding:whole machine structure,rotary quantitative cutting structure,remote air feeding structure,sensing precision weighing structure,“1+N”type separation structure.The experimental results showed that the relative error of feed weight between any two outlets of“1+N”intelligent feeding device was less than 10%,the average feeding time of 20 kg feed was only 30 s,and the conveying distance was 100 m,which can provide equipment and technical support for the precision and high efficiency of pond culture.
