摘  要:针对安徽建筑大学应届毕业生就业流向影响因素进行调查,通过数据分析发现,应届毕业生所学专业、社会及家庭背景在一定程度上影响了他们的就业意愿、就业观念、就业标准。通过进一步交叉对比分析发现,专业观念、就业期望、就业观念、生源地因素、家庭因素以及性别等是影响应届大学毕业生就业流向的重要因素,并针对促进应届毕业生就业,在择业观念、就业市场、家庭、学校以及政府等方面提出相应建议,以期能够为应届大学毕业生在就业流向选择上提供帮助。This paper investigated the factors influencing the employment flow of fresh graduates from Anhui Jianzhu University,and found through data analysis that the specialty,social and family background of the fresh graduates influenced the intention,concept and standard of their employment to a certain extent.Through cross-comparison and analysis,it was found that specialty concept,employment expectation,employment concept,factors of students’origin,family factors and gender were the important factors influencing the employment flow of this year’s college graduates.In order to promote the employment of the new graduates,some suggestions are put forward in the aspects of employment concept,employment market,family,school and government.
