摘 要:在线开放课程的快速发展,打破了校际围墙。学分认定是推动在线开放课程可持续发展的关键。我国高校仍处于学分认定初步探索阶段,制约学分认定的瓶颈主要有学校、学分管理机构及教师驱动机制不完善,在线开放课程与人才培养方案衔接度不够,在线学习的可信度和有效性不足。本文围绕学分认定过程中出现的问题,提出针对性措施。以H高校学分认定实施现状为例,阐述了地方高校在学分认定方面做出的实践探索,以期为地方高校在线开放课程学分认定的完善和创新提供思路与方向。The rapid development of open online courses has broken down the school walls.Credit recognition is the key to promote the sustainable development of open online courses.Colleges and universities in China are still in the initial exploration stage for credit recognition.The bottleneck that restricts credit recognition mainly is:the driving mechanism of universities,credit management organizations and imperfect teachers,the bridging degree of open online courses and inadequate talent training programs,the lack of credibility and effectiveness of online learning.This paper puts forward some measures to solve the problems in the process of credit recognition.Taking the implementation status of credit recognition in H college as an example,this paper expounds the practical exploration of credit recognition in local colleges and universities in order to provide ideas and directions for the improvement and innovation of credit recognition of open online courses in local colleges and universities.
