四联疗法联合降糖药物治疗2型糖尿病合并幽门螺杆菌阳性消化性溃疡的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨四联疗法联合降糖药物治疗2型糖尿病合并幽门螺杆菌阳性消化性溃疡的临床效果。方法选取该院2019年1—12月收治的2型糖尿病合并幽门螺杆菌阳性消化性溃疡患者112例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,各56例,对照组应用黄连素配合抗菌三联疗法治疗,治疗组应用四联疗法联合降糖药物治疗,治疗后比较两组效果。结果治疗组总有效率94.64%,对照组总有效率85.71%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.274,P=0.017<0.05),治疗组治疗效果明显优于对照组。治疗组空腹血糖和餐后2 h血糖控制在正常范围之内,血糖控制稳定,相比于对照组效果显著(P<0.05)。结论四联疗法联合降糖药物治疗2型糖尿病合并幽门螺杆菌阳性消化性溃疡治疗效果明显,患者Hp根除率较高,而且血糖控制良好,治疗效果显著。Objective To explore the clinical effect of quadruple therapy combined with hypoglycemic drugs in the treatment of type 2 diabetes with Helicobacter pylori positive peptic ulcer.Methods A total of 112 patients with type 2 diabetes and Helicobacter pylori-positive peptic ulcer who were admitted to the hospital from January to December 2019 were selected and randomly divided into control group and treatment group with 56 cases each.The control group was treated with berberine plus antibacterial Triple therapy treatment,the treatment group was treated with quadruple therapy combined with hypoglycemic drugs,and the effects of the two groups were compared after treatment.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 94.64%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 85.71%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.274,P=0.017<0.05),the treatment effect of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.The fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose of the treatment group were controlled within the normal range,and the blood glucose control was stable,which was more effective than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Quadruple therapy combined with hypoglycemic drugs has a significant therapeutic effect on type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with Helicobacter pylori positive peptic ulcer.The eradication rate of H.pylori is high,and blood glucose is well controlled.The therapeutic effect is significant,and it is worthy of clinical application.
