摘 要:运用文献资料法、数理统计法、对照实验法和对比分析法对背越式跳高不同背弓教学方法进行研究与分析,结果表明:使用背弓体验架练习后的背越式跳高技评成绩和达标成绩明显好于传统教学方法下学生背越式跳高成绩.背弓体验架的运用有利于学生对背弓技术的掌握,提高了学生的学习效率以及学生背越式跳高的成绩,教学质量有显著提高.By using the methods of literature review,mathematical statistics,comparative experiment and comparative analysis,this paper studies and analyzes the different teaching methods of back arch in Forsberg High Jump,the results show that the performance of the skill evaluation and standard of the Forsberg High Jump after training with the back-bow experience frame is obviously better than that of the students under the traditional teaching method.The application of the back-bow experience frame is conducive to the students’mastering of the back-bow technology,improving students’learning efficiency and the performance of the Forsberg High Jump,and the teaching quality has been significantly improved.
