以审判为中心的刑事诉讼制度改革背景下公安院校模拟法庭实践教学面临的挑战与应对路径

摘　　要：以审判为中心的刑事诉讼制度的改革开启了中国司法体制的新阶段,也给公安院校的法学教育带来了新挑战。在此背景下,公安院校法学教育应当注重实践教学,让学生亲身参与到庭审实践中,培养学生“以审判为中心”的司法理念。公安院校的实践教学存在地位不明确、课程安排不合理和教学效果不明显的状况,传统的模拟法庭教学无法适应实践教学的需要。在线模拟法庭教学手段具有灵活、高效、开放等优势,能够克服传统实践教学手段的诸多弊端,应当在公安院校的法学实践教学中予以提倡和推广。The reform of"trial centered"criminal procedure system has opened a new stage of China's judicial system,and also brought new challenges to the legal education of police colleges and universities.Under this background,law education in police colleges and universities should pay more attention to practical teaching,let students participate in the practice of court trial,and cultivate students'judicial concept of"trial centered".There are many deficiencies in current practice teaching,including indistinct orientation,unreasonable curriculum arrangement,and non-significant teaching effect.The traditional moot court cannot meet the needs of practical teaching.The online moot court teaching method has the advantages of flexibility,efficiency and openness,which can overcome the disadvantages of traditional practice teaching methods,and should be promoted in the legal practical teaching in police colleges and universities.
