摘　　要：目的观察扶正解毒颗粒对非小细胞肺癌术后辅助化疗患者免疫功能及生活质量的影响。方法将80例ⅠB~ⅢA期非小细胞肺癌术后辅助化疗患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组40例。对照组予辅助化疗及扶正解毒颗粒安慰剂治疗,治疗组予辅助化疗及扶正解毒颗粒治疗。两组均治疗4个化疗周期,评价免疫指标,比较T淋巴细胞亚群(CD3^+、CD4^+、CD8^+、CD4^+/CD8^+)、自然杀伤细胞(NK)水平以及生活质量量表(QLQ-C30、QLQ-LC13)评分的变化情况。结果(1)试验过程中,治疗组脱落、剔除4例,对照组脱落、剔除3例,最终完成试验者73例,其中治疗组36例,对照组37例。(2)治疗组、对照组CD4^+提高率分别为50.0%、24.3%,治疗组CD4^+提高率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组、对照组CD4^+/CD8^+提高稳定率分别为80.6%、54.1%,治疗组CD4^+/CD8^+提高稳定率高于对照组(P<0.05)。(3)治疗前后组内比较,治疗组CD3^+、CD4^+水平升高(P<0.05);对照组CD3^+、CD8^+水平升高(P<0.05),NK水平及CD4^+/CD8^+值下降(P<0.05)。(4)治疗前后组内比较,治疗组QLQ-C30中的躯体功能、情绪功能、总健康状况评分升高(P<0.05),认知功能、疲倦、失眠评分下降(P<0.05);对照组仅躯体功能评分升高(P<0.05),认知功能评分下降(P<0.05)。组间治疗后比较,总健康状况、疲倦评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(5)治疗前后组内比较,治疗组QLQ-LC13中的咳嗽评分下降(P<0.05),对照组各项评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);组间治疗后比较,QLQ-LC13量表各分项评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论非小细胞肺癌术后辅助化疗期间,在"扶正治癌"理论的基础上辨证加用扶正解毒颗粒有助于调节机体的免疫状态,同时可以改善患者的疲劳症状及总健康状况,进而提高生活质量。Objective To observe the effects of Fuzheng Jiedu Granules on immune function and quality of life of patients with non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)during postoperative chemotherapy.Methods It’s a prospective randomized controlled study in which 80 patients after radical resection of stage IB^IIIA NSCLC were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with adjuvant chemotherapy combined with placebo,while the treatment group was treated with adjuvant chemotherapy combined with Fuzheng Jiedu Granules.After 4 cycles of chemotherapy,theimmune function(CD3^+、CD4^+、CD8^+、CD4^+/CD8^+,NK cells),and quality of life scale(QLQ-C30,QLQ-LC13)within and between the two groups were compared.Results(1)During the trial,4 cases in the treatment group dropped out and were removed,while 3 cases in the control group dropped out and were removed.In total,73 cases finally completed the trial,including 36 cases in the treatment group and 37 cases in the control group.(2)The improvement rate of CD4^+ T cells in the treatment group and the control group was 50.0% and 24.3% respectively,and the improvement rate of CD4^+ T cells in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);The improvement stability rate of CD4^+/CD8^+ in the treatment group and control group was 80.6% and 54.1% respectively,and the improvement stability rate of CD4^+/CD8^+ in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).(3)The levels of CD3^+ T cells and CD4^+ T cells in the treatment group increased after treatment(P<0.05).In the control group,the levels of CD3^+ T cells and the CD8^+ T cells increased after treatment(P<0.05),and the levels of NK cells and CD4^+/CD8^+ decreased after treatment(P<0.05).(4)In the treatment group,the scores of physical function,emotional function and global health status in QLQ-C30 increased(P<0.05),while the scores of cognitive function,fatigue and insomnia decreased after treatment(P<0.05).In the control group,the p
