摘　　要：静脉溶栓是急性缺血性脑卒中最为有效的药物治疗手段,但此病极易复发,有2%~20%的患者在卒中后短期内复发,目前各大指南均将病前3个月有卒中病史列为禁忌证,从而使这些患者无法进行溶栓治疗。近年来的研究发现,此类患者仍能通过静脉溶栓获益。本文就对近年来对3个月内有卒中史或溶栓史的复发性卒中患者进行再次溶栓治疗的研究现状进行综合阐述。Intravenous thrombolysis is the most effective drug treatment for acute ischemic stroke,but the disease is highly likely to recur.Approximately 2%-20%of patients relapse within a short period of time after stroke.At present,all major guidelines have classified a history of stroke in the past 3 months before the diagnosis as a contraindication,preventing these patients from receiving thrombolytic therapy.Recent studies have found that such patients can still benefit from intravenous thrombolysis.This article will give a comprehensive review of recent studies on repeated thrombolytic therapy for recurrent strokes with a history of stroke or thrombolysis within 3 months,in order to provide reference and guide for clinicians.
