摘 要:决定材料性能的因素多种多样,而金属材料的性能主要受组织结构的影响。近年来,通过国内外学者的研究,在铝合金热处理技术方面取得了一些进展,但也存在一些问题有待深入研究。首先综述了铝合金热处理技术的发展情况,介绍了铝合金热处理的特点,阐明了热处理对铝合金组织性能、腐蚀行为以及断裂韧性的影响,最后总结了热处理工艺对铝合金发展带来的重大意义和存在的问题。There are a variety of factors determining the properties of the materials, while the properties of metal materials are mainly affected by the microstructure. In recent years, through the research of scholars at home and abroad, some progress has been made in heat treatment technology of aluminum alloy, but there are still some problems to be further studied. Firstly, the development of heat treatment technology of aluminum alloy was reviewed, and the characteristics of heat treatment of aluminum alloy were introduced. The effects of heat treatment on the microstructure and properties, corrosion behavior and fracture toughness of aluminum alloy were expounded. The significance and problems of heat treatment technology to the development of aluminum alloy were summarized.
