摘　　要：可堆叠证书制度是美国为弥合新工业革命时代的"技能鸿沟"而实施的重要职业教育改革举措,旨在构建以可叠加与可转换的成人职业证书为中心的中高端技能型人才培养机制。美国近十年的可堆叠证书实践经验,对于我国实施"1+X"证书制度有重要借鉴意义,包括做好职业证书制度的顶层设计,研制行业验证的职业证书与课程,构建能力本位的模块化课程体系,实施先前学习成果认定与衔接,创建职业路径体系与发展路向,拓宽证书制度化的实施范围等。The stackable certificate system is an important vocational education reform measure implemented by the United States to bridge the "skill gap" in the era of the new industrial revolution. It aims to build a mid-to-high-end skilled talent training mechanism centered on stackable and convertible vocational certificates. The practical experience of stackable certificates in the United States in the past ten years is of great significance for China to implement the "1+X" certificate system, including the top-level design of the vocational certificate system, the development of industry-vertified vocational certificate and courses, building competence-based modular curriculum systems, the recognition and convergence of prior learning outcomes, creating career pathway systems and vocational directions, and broadening the application scope of this certificate system.
