摘　　要：文章主要研究风险共担原理及相应的供应链设计与运营策略。通过比较金融财务领域的风险与投资分散化原理和运作管理中的不确定与可变性以及风险共担原理,得到风险共担原理与投资分散化原理机理相同的结论。随后,以供应链管理为背景,研究了基于风险共担的供应链策略。风险共担作为运作管理的一条基本原理,值得我国企业研究并在供应链管理中加以应用。In this paper,we study the principle of risk pooling and its corresponding policies for the design and operations of supply chain.Through a comparison of the risk and principle of diversification in finance with the variability and principle of risk pooling in operations management,we reach a conclusion that the principle of risk pooling and the principle of diversification have the same mechanism.Then,we study some supply chain policies based on risk pooling in the context of supply chain management.Risk pooling,as a fundamental principle in operations management,is worthy of being studied and applied in supply chain management by our firms.
