摘  要:本文将被真菌寄生的重阳木锦斑蛾僵虫收集并带回实验室,进行了分离、纯化与鉴定,并开展人工饲养条件下回接试验。结果表明,喷雾和干孢子粉接种处理下真菌寄生率分别为49.4%和68.1%。通过形态学特征和ITS序列的测序分析确定分离到的菌株为黄曲霉。In this paper,the cadavers of Histia rhodope parasitized by the fungus were collected and brought back to the laboratory for isolation,purification and identification,and the inoculation tests were carried out under artificial rearing conditions.The results showed that the parasitic rate of strain was 49.4%and 68.1%respectively under spray and dry sporangia powder inoculation treatments.The strain was identified as Aspergillus flavus by morphological feature and ITS sequencing analysis.
