摘　　要：文章提供了我国肉牛常用矿物质饲料的有效成分和利用率数据。矿物质饲料原料包括提供钙、磷、钙和磷、镁、钠和氯、钾、硫、钴、铜、碘、铁、锰、硒和锌等营养元素来源的饲料等。考虑到不同矿物源性饲料中有效元素的含量及其吸收率数值会受饲料原料种类、产地、加工、测定方法以及人为掺假等多种因素的影响,应用时需要给予注意。The article provides effective compositions and their availabilities of mineral feedstuffs commonly used in Chinese beef cattle feeding.These mineral feedstuffs include those that provide sources of nutrients such as calcium,phosphorus,calcium and phosphorus,magnesium,sodium and chlorine,potassium,sulfur,cobalt,copper,iodine,iron,manganese,selenium and zinc etc.Considering that the content of effective elements in different mineral-derived feedstuffs and their absorption rates would vary with the different types of feeds,origins,processing,measurement methods,and artificial adulteration,a caution should be taken into account when users apply them.
