基于中医传承辅助平台的治疗偏头痛方剂组方规律分析

摘　　要：目的运用中医传承辅助平台软件(V2.5),对中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)中以中医药治疗偏头痛的方剂进行归纳整理并分析其组方用药规律。方法借助中医传承辅助平台软件,收集中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)中从2015-01-01~2019-04-30以中医药治疗偏头痛的文献,将收集的方剂经筛选后录入中医传承辅助平台,进行数据处理,对录入系统的治疗偏头痛的方剂进行组方规律的分析研究。结果与结论共筛选出符合要求的498首治疗偏头痛的处方,得到方剂中药物的使用频次、常用药物组合及潜在核心药物组合,演化得到新的处方13首,为深度挖掘中医药治疗偏头痛及新药研发提供参考依据。Objective Based on the software of inheritance assistance platform of traditional Chinese medicine(V2.5),to summarize and analyze the prescription medication rules of traditional Chinese medicine for migraine in Chinese journal full text database(CNKI).Methods Chinese medicine inheritance auxiliary platform software was used to collect the literatures on Chinese medicine treatment of migraine in CNKI,and the collected prescriptions were entered into the Chinese medicine inheritance auxiliary platform for data processing,and the formation rules of the selected prescriptions for migraine treatment were analyzed and studied.Results and Conclusion A total of 498 prescriptions for headache were selected to meet the requirements,and the drug use frequency,common drug combination and potential core drug combination in the prescription were obtained,and 13 new prescriptions were developed,providing reference basis for in-depth exploration of migraine treatment by traditional Chinese medicine and new drug research and development.
