放射性粒子支架治疗晚期食管癌的临床价值

摘　　要：目的探讨放射性粒子食管支架植入姑息治疗晚期食管癌相关的食管狭窄的临床价值。方法选取33例晚期食管癌患者,15例接受放射性粒子支架植入为治疗组,18例接受普通支架治疗为对照组,两组患者的性别、年龄、病变程度、狭窄程度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。对比分析两组患者的临床疗效、并发症及生存期。结果两组患者均为一次性支架植入,手术成功率100%。临床症状缓解率、并发症发生率两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组平均生存期6.7个月,对照组平均生存期4.2个月,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论放射性粒子支架植入姑息治疗晚期食管癌是安全、可行、有效的,较普通支架能延长患者生存期,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical value of radioactive particle esophageal stent implantation in palliative treatment of esophageal stricture associated with advanced esophageal cancer.Methods Under the supervision of DSA,33 patients with advanced esophageal cancer were treated,in whom 15 patients with radioactive particle stent implantation were taren as the treatment group,18 patients with ordinary stent treatment as the control group.There was no statistical significance in gender,age,lesion degree and stenosis degree of the two groups(P>0.05).The clinical effect,complications and survival time of the two groups were compared.Results All the 33 patients were successfully implanted with stents without technical problems or serious complications.There was no significant difference in clinical symptom relief rate and complication rate between the two groups(P>0.05).The mean survival time of the treatment group was 6.7 months,and that of the control group was 4.2 months(P<0.05).Conclusion Radioactive particle stent implantation is safe,feasible and effective in palliative treatment of advanced esophageal cancer.Compared with ordinary stent,it can prolong the survival period of patients and is worthy of clinical application.
