摘  要:脑周细胞是神经血管单元的重要组成部分,近年来关于脑缺血的研究重点逐渐从神经元转移到神经血管单元。周细胞位于神经血管单元的中心,近年来成为新兴研究领域中的焦点。脑周细胞通过整合、处理邻近细胞的信号产生反应,发挥多种功能,包括调节血脑屏障、调节脑血流、调节免疫炎症反应、参与血管生成、调控干细胞活性以及表观遗传调控等。本文通过检索近年来国内外相关文献,探讨周细胞在缺血性脑卒中的功能和作用机制,为缺血性脑卒中机制研究提供参考,为发现新的治疗靶点提供思路。Cerebral pericytes are an important part of neurovascular units.In recent years,the focus of research on cerebral ischemia has gradually shifted from neurons to neurovascular units.Pericytes are located in the center of neurovascular units and have become the focus of new research fields in recent years.Pericerebral cells perform a variety of functions by integrating and processing the signals of neighboring cells,including regulating the blood-brain barrier,regulating cerebral blood flow,regulating immune inflammatory response,participating in angiogenesis,regulating stem cell activity and epigenetic regulation.By reviewing the relevant literature at home and abroad in recent years,this paper discusses the function and mechanism of pericytes in ischemic stroke,so as to provide reference for the study of the mechanism of ischemic stroke and provide ideas for the discovery of new therapeutic targets.
