3种马铃薯秧饲料在滩羊瘤胃降解率的比较研究

摘　　要：为探究3种马铃薯秧饲料瘤胃降解规律,选择3只装有永久性瘤胃瘘管羊,采用尼龙袋法比较40%马铃薯秧-60%全株玉米混贮(试验1组)、50%马铃薯秧-50%全株玉米混贮(试验2组)及马铃薯秧(试验3组)3种饲料在滩羊瘤胃中干物质(DM)、有机物(OM)、粗蛋白质(CP)、中性洗涤纤维(NDF)、酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)的降解率。结果表明,各试验组DM、OM、CP、NDF、ADF瘤胃降解率随时间变化呈逐渐升高的趋势。This study was conducted to explore rumen degradability in three kinds of potato vines fodder.Group 1 was air-dry potato vines,Group 2 and Group 3 were mixed silage of potato vines with whole corn.After determining the routine nutrients of three groups,the experiment was selected 4 beef cattle with fitting permanent rumen fistula and adopted nylon bag technique to evaluate rumen degradability characteristics of dry matter(DM)as well as organic matter(OM),crude protein(CP),neutral detergent fibre(NDF)and acid detergent fibre(ADF).
