定痫汤加减联合左乙拉西坦治疗小儿癫痫的效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨定痫汤加减联合左乙拉西坦治疗小儿癫痫的效果。方法:选取80例癫痫患儿为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组与研究组各40例。对照组给予左乙拉西坦片治疗,研究组在其基础上联合定痫汤加减治疗,比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后患儿的症状积分及不良反应情况。结果:研究组治疗总有效率为95.00%(38/40),明显高于对照组的77.50%(31/40),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗后的症状积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:定痫汤加减联合左乙拉西坦方治疗小儿癫痫效果显著,可降低症状积分,且不会增加不良反应,安全性良好。Objective:To investigate effects of Dingxian decoction combined with Levetiracetam in treatment of children with epilepsy.Methods:80 children with epilepsy were selected and divided into control group and study group according to the random number table method,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Levetiracetam tablets,while the study group was combined with Dingxian decoction on the basis of that of the control group.Then,the clinical efficacy,symptom scores and adverse reactions of the children before and after the treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 95.00%(38/40),which was significantly higher than 77.50%(31/40)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The symptom score of the study group after the treatment was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Dingxian decoction combined with Levetiracetam can improve the clinical efficacy of the children with epilepsy,reduce the symptom score without increasing the adverse reactions and with a good safety.
