中医分型辨治癫痫探讨

摘　　要：癫痫病是困扰人类健康的一种慢性神经系统病症,这种疾病主要是由于各种原因所导致的大脑皮层神经元异常的放电,导致脑功能缺失而引起的肢体的一种反复发作的、刻板性的、阵挛性的症状。患者常表现为肢体强烈的抽动与阵挛,其显著特点是反复发作性、短暂的中枢神经系统功能异常。癫痫也可由不明原因导致,也可由遗传因素导致。中医将癫痫称为“痫病”、“痫证”、“羊痫风”等,认为“痫病”多因先天遗传致使脏腑受伤,或后天七情失调致气血逆乱而成。从中医分型角度探讨癫痫治疗经验,以促进患者康复,预防复发,改善生活质量。Epilepsy is a sort of chronic nervous system disorder that disturbs human health.It is mainly caused by neuron paradoxical discharge in cerebral cortex for various reasons.It is a recurrent,inflexible and clonic symptom of limbs due to brain function loss.Patients with the disease often manifest as strong twitch and clonus of limbs,which is characterized by recurrent and transient central nervous system dysfunction.Epilepsy can also be caused by unknown causes or by genetic factors.Traditional Chinese medicine callsit as Xianbing,Xianzheng and Yangxianfeng,etc.,and believes that the disease is mainly caused by congenital factors induced visceral injuryor acquired factors induced seven emotionsdisorders,resulting in disordered Qi and bloodblinding clear orifices.The treatment experience of epilepsy was discussed from the perspective of TCM syndrome differentiationto promote patient's recovery,prevent recurrence,and improve quality of life.
