消幽复胃汤对脾胃湿热型幽门螺旋杆菌耐药性慢性胃炎的治疗作用分析

摘　　要：目的:观察消幽复胃汤在脾胃湿热型幽门螺旋杆菌(helicobacter pylori,Hp)耐药性慢性胃炎的治疗作用。方法:选取本院2017年3月~2018年10收治的104例Hp耐药性慢性胃炎患者,随机编号法分为52例对照组与52例观察组,分别使用常规四联疗法和常规四联疗法+消幽复胃汤治疗,对比分析两组治疗前后中医证候积分、血清炎性因子[白介素-6(IL-6)及超敏C反应蛋白(CRP)]、胃肠道激素[胃泌素-17(GAS-17)、胃动素(MTL)及胃蛋白酶原I(PGI)],比较两组治疗后Hp清除率及临床疗效。结果:药物疗效对比:观察组92.31%高于对照组76.92%(P<0.05);两组治疗后主症积分、辅症积分及总积分均有所下降,且观察组治疗后主症积分及总积分均低于对照组(P<0.05),但两组治疗后辅症积分对比无差异(P>0.05);两组治疗后血清炎性因子及胃肠道激素水平均有所下降,且观察组治疗后低于对照组(P<0.05);Hp清除率对比:观察组90.38%高于对照组75.00%(P<0.05)。结论:消幽复胃汤能增加脾胃湿热型Hp耐药性慢性胃炎患者的Hp清除率,并减轻炎症反应,改善胃肠道功能,疗效较好。Objective:To analyze the curative effect of Xiaoyou Fuwei Decoction on chronic gastritis of spleen-stomach damp-heat type with Helicobacter pylori(Hp)resistance.Methods:104 chronic gastritispatients with Hp-resistance who were admitted to the hospital from March 2017 to October 2018 were enrolled.They were divided into controlled group and observation group by random numbering method,52 cases in each group.The two groups were given routine quadruple therapy and routine quadruple therapy combined with Xiaoyou Fuwei Decoction.TCM syndrome scores,serum inflammatory factors[interleukin-6(IL-6),hypersensitive C-reactive protein(CRP)],gastrointestinal hormones[gastrin-17(GAS-17),motilin(MTL),pepsinogen I(PGI)]before and after treatment were compared and analyzed between the two groups.Hp clearance rate and clinical curative effect after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:In terms of drug curative effect,the observation group was higher than the controlled group(92.31%vs 76.92%)(P<0.05).After treatment,scores of main symptoms and auxiliary symptoms,and total scores in both groups were decreased.And,score of main symptoms and total score in the observation group were lower than those in the controlled group(P<0.05).However,there was no difference in scores of auxiliary syndrome between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,levels of serum inflammatory factors and gastrointestinal hormone in both groups were decreased.And the above indexes in the observation group were lower than those in the controlled group(P<0.05).In terms of Hp clearance rate,the observation group was higher than the controlled group(90.38%vs 75.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xiaoyou Fuwei Decoction can increase Hp clearance rate of patients with Hp-resistance chronic gastritis of spleen-stomach damp-heat type,reduce inflammation reactions,and improve gastrointestinal function,with good curative effect.
