Constic自粘接流动树脂拉伸强度及与牙釉质粘接的剪切强度的检测

摘　　要：目的比较Constic自粘接流动树脂、FiltekTM Supreme Ultra树脂及Spectrum TPH3树脂三种材料的拉伸强度及剪切粘接强度,为Constic树脂的临床应用提供理论依据。方法制备Constic自粘接流动树脂(A组)、FiltekTM Supreme Ultra树脂(B组)及Spectrum TPH3树脂(C组)试件,使用电子式万能试验机测试三组材料的拉伸强度值。其次制备Constic自粘接流动树脂(A组)、Constic自粘接流动树脂加粘接剂(B组)、FiltekTM Supreme Ultra树脂(C组)、Spectrum TPH3树脂(D组)试件,使用电子式万能试验机测试四组的剪切粘接强度值,并在显微镜下观察试件断裂面的破坏形式。结果在拉伸强度试验中:A、B、C三组的拉伸强度值分别为31.10±8.35MPa,35.10±6.65MPa,30.00±7.08MPa,A组的强度值与B、C两组相近,三组间无统计学差异(P>0.05)。在剪切粘接强度实验中:强度值分别为A(19.48±1.58MPa)、C(20.42±3.09MPa)、D(17.80±2.07MPa)3组间无统计学差异(P>0.05),但均显著低于B组(24.22±3.00MPa)的剪切粘接强度值(P<0.05)。在体式显微镜下,观察到的试件断裂面的破坏形式主要为粘接界面断裂,少部分为混合断裂。结论Constic自粘接流动树脂的拉伸强度及剪切粘接强度值与其它两种在临床中已广泛应用的树脂相近,值得在临床中推广应用。Objective To provide a theoretical basis for the clinical use of Constic self-adhesive flowable resin,this study compared the tensile strength and shear bond strength of Constic resin,FiltekTM Supreme Ultra resin and Spectrum TPH3 resin.Methods The test specimens of Constic self-adhesive flowable resin(group A),FiltekTM Supreme Ultra resin(group B)and Spectrum TPH3 resin(group C)were prepared successfully and were detected by electronic universal testing machine to examine the tensile strength.Secondly,prepared test specimens of Constic self-adhesive flowable resin(group A),Constic resin and adhesive(group B),FiltekTM Supreme Ultra resin(group C)and Spectrum TPH3 resin(group D),we used electronic universal testing machine to test the shear bond strength and used microscope to observe the fracture mode of the specimens.Results The tensile strength values of group A,B and C were 31.10±8.35 MPa,35.10±6.65 MPa,30.00±7.08 MPa respectively,the tensile strength value of the group A similar to group B and C,but there were no statistical difference among the three groups(P>0.05).The shear bond strength values of group A(19.48±1.58 MPa),group C(20.42±3.09 MPa)and group D(17.80±2.07 MPa)were lesser than the group B(24.22±3.00 MPa)(P<0.05),but there were no statistical difference among the group A,C and D(P>0.05).Observed in the microscope,most of the fracture modes of the specimens on the adhesive surface were interface,a little of mixed.Conclusion The tensile strength and shear bond strength of Constic self-adhesive flowable resin was similar to the other two resins that had been widely used in clinical,then it could be widely applied in clinical.
