摘  要:医学是一门实践性很强的学科,除了要求具有扎实的理论基础,还必须具有丰富的临床实践能力。临床思维是分析、综合、比较、概括的结合,是临床能力的核心。但临床思维的培养是一个长期的过程,需要早临床、多实践。而见习教学正是一种让学生在理论学习阶段进入临床,自主参与、亲身体验或操作的实践活动,让学生通过实践与理论更好的结合,让理论得到丰富,从而更好地指导学生将来从事临床工作。为了提高学生积极主动参与见习课程,全程教学医院在小班化教学过程中,探索“三段式”见习的实践教学方法,取得了较好效果,现予以总结。Medicine is a highly practical subject,which requires not only a solid theoretical foundation,but also rich clinical practice capability.Clinical thinking is the combination of analysis,synthesis,comparison and generalization,which is the core of clinical capability.However,the cultivation of clinical thinking is a long-term process,which requires early clinical practice and more practice.The probation teaching is a kind of practical activity that allows students to enter the clinic,participate independently,experience or operate by themselves in the theoretical study stage,which is conducive to enriching the theory through better combination of practice and theory,thus better guiding students to engage in clinical work in the future.In order to improve students'active participation in the probation course,the whole course teaching hospital has explored the practical teaching method of"three-stage"probation in the process of small class teaching,which has achieved good results.Here is the summary.
