摘 要:“二代测序技术”又称为“高通量测序”,具有探索新的生物标志物并靶向识别特异性基因突变的能力,在临床上的应用前景十分广泛。在实体肿瘤的诊疗中,主要针对驱动基因进行检测研究,以提高常见肿瘤诊断的精准度;同时在检测技术的实施过程中,不断根据癌细胞变化情况,予以针对性的治疗干预,也有利于预后工作的开展。本研究主要对近年来二代测序在实体肿瘤诊疗中的应用进行阐述,并简单分析二代测序技术的方法和优点,对未来临床的应用作出展望。"Next-generation sequencing technology",also known as"high-throughput sequencing",has the ability to explore new biomarkers and to specific gene mutations,and has a broad clinical application prospect.In the diagnosis and treatment of solid tumors,detection and research are mainly aimed at driving genes to improve the accuracy of common tumor diagnosis;At the same time,during the implementation of detection technology,targeted therapeutic interventions are continuously provided according to the changes in cancer cells in favor of the development of prognosis work.This article mainly describes the application of next-generation sequencing in the diagnosis and treatment of solid tumors in recent years,and briefly analyzes the methods and advantages of the nextgeneration sequencing technology,and makes a prospect for future clinical applications.
