复方聚乙二醇电解质散联合清胰汤在肠镜检查前肠道准备中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨复方聚乙二醇电解质散联合清胰汤用于肠镜检查前肠道准备的效果及耐受性.方法将109例欲行结肠镜检查的住院患者按随机数字法分为联合组(55例)和单药组(54例),联合组服用复方聚乙二醇电解质散(2 L液体)联合清胰汤,单药组服用复方聚乙二醇电解质散(4 L液体),比较两组的清肠效果及不良反应发生状况.结果两组患者肠道准备效果、肠道准备时间及排便次数比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),联合组恶心、呕吐、腹胀、腹痛发生率显著低于单药组(P<0.05或0.01).结论复方聚乙二醇电解质散联合清胰汤用于肠道准备清肠效果显著,患者耐受性好.Objective To explore the effect and tolerability of compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder combined with Qingyitang for bowel preparation before colonoscopy.Methods 109 in patients un-dergoing colonoscopy were randomly divided into combination group(55 cases)and single-drug group(54 cases).The combined group took compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder(2 I.liquid)combined with Qingyi decoction,and the single-drug group took compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder(4 L liquid).The effects of intestinal cleansing and the occurrence of adverse reactions between the two groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference in bowel preparation effect,bowel preparation time and defecation frequency between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).The incidence of nausea.vomiting.abdominal distension.and abdominal pain in the combined group was significantly low-er than that in the single-drug group(P<0.05 or 0.01).Conclusions The compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder combined with Qingyi decoction used for intestinal preparation has a significant effect on intestinal cleansing and improves patient tolerance.
