摘　　要：目的探讨叙事护理干预对中青年脑卒中患者心理弹性状况及正念水平的影响.方法将49例中青年脑卒中患者按照随机数字表法分为观察组25例,对照组24例,均接受脑卒中常规治疗及护理干预,观察组在此基础上进行叙事护理干预,观察4周.干预前后采用中文版心理弹性量表评定心理弹性水平,修订后的正念注意觉知量表评定正念注意觉知水平,焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评定焦虑抑郁程度.结果干预前两组各量表评分比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后两组中文版心理弹性量表、修订后的正念注意觉知量表评分较干预前显著升高(P<0.05或0.01),观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.05或0.01);焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分较干预前显著降低(P<0.01),观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.01).结论叙事护理干预能显著提高中青年脑卒中患者的心理弹性和正念水平,有效改善或缓解患者的焦虑、抑郁等负性情绪,有利于提高患者的生活质量.Objective To investigate the efect of narrative nursing on psychological flexibility and mind-fulness of young and middle-aged stroke patients.Methods According to the random number table meth-od,49 young and middle aged stroke patients were divided into an observation group of 25 cases and a con-trol group of 24 cases.They all received conventional stroke treatment and nursing intervention.The ob-servation group performed narrative nursing intervention on this basis for 4 weeks.Before and after the in-tervention,CD-RISC was used to assess the level of mental resilience,the revised MAAS assessed the lev-el of mindfulness awareness,and SAS and SDS assessed the degree of anxiety and depression.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the scores of the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).After intervention,the CD RISC and revised MAAS scores of the two groups were significantly higher than before intervention(P<0.05 or 0.01).The observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05 or0.01).The SAS and SDS scores were significantly lower than before inter-vention(P<0.01),and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.01).Conclusions Narrative nursing intervention can significantly improve the mental resilience and mindful-ness of young and middle aged stroke patients,effectively improve or alleviate negative emotions such as anxiety and depression,and help improve the quality of life of patients.
