摘 要:概述了涡轮壳铸件流道内腔粗糙度指标的重要性及其对发动机性能(输出功率)的影响,介绍了改善涡轮壳流道内腔粗糙度的常见工艺措施及效果(调整覆膜砂粒度、覆膜砂配比、浇注温度、涂料波美度等),重点指出合理选择砂芯涂料是改善涡轮壳流道内腔粗糙度的关键所在。试验表明:意大利Z889CH涂料具有涂层表面光洁致密、涂层厚度均匀以及良好高温性能等优势,成功解决了涡轮壳流道内腔粗糙度的难题(达到Ra≤6.3),确保了涡轮壳内腔尺寸精度(及一致性)。试验对比得出:涡轮壳内腔粗糙度提后高,内腔清洁度也相应提高,增加了发动机性能的稳定性。This paper summarizes the importance of the roughness index in the flow channel of turbine housing castings and its influence on engine performance(output power),introduces the common technological measures and effects to improve the roughness of the inner cavity of turbine housing runners(such as adjusting the grain size of coated sand,ratio of coated sand,pouring temperature,coating baume degree,etc.),emphasizes that reasonable selection of sand core coating is the key to improve the inner roughness of turbine housing runners.The test results show that Z889CH coating has the advantages of smooth and compact coating surface,uniform coating thickness and good high-temperature performance.It successfully solves the problem of the roughness of the inner cavity of the turbine runner(Ra≤6.3)and ensures the size of the inner cavity of the turbine housing accuracy(and consistency).The test comparison shows after the roughness of the inner cavity of the turbine housing is increased,the cleanliness of the inner cavity is also improved accordingly,which increases the stability of the engine performance.
