喉癌及癌前病变中hPOT1的表达及其与HP感染的相关研究

摘　　要：目的探讨喉癌及癌前病变中人端粒保护蛋白1(hPOT1)的表达及其与幽门螺杆菌(HP)感染的关系。方法针对喉癌前病变、喉癌各50例患者,使用免疫学组织化学SP检验法,统计被检测对象的HP值以及其受感染状况与人端粒保护蛋白表达状况。结果喉癌前病变、喉癌中hPOT1表达阳性率分别为38%、86%,P <0.05;HP感染阳性率分别为66%、24%,P <0.05;HP阳性组hPOT1表达均高于HP阴性组,其中,喉癌前病变中hPOT1的表达HP阳性组高于HP阴性组,P <0.05。结论 hPOT1可能参与了喉癌的发生;在喉癌前病变阶段检测hPOT1的表达和HP的感染情况可为临床早期干预性治疗提供依据。Objective By detecting the relationship between helicobacter pylori infection(HP)and the expression of hPOT1 in laryngeal cancer and precancerous tissue.Methods The specimens from 50 cases of lesion before larynx cancer and laryngeal cancer,were detected the diversity of positive expression rates of hPOT1 and detection of HP by immunohistochemical method.Result In lesion before larynx cancer and laryngeal cancer:the positive rate of hPOT1 is respectively:38.00%,86.00%,P<0.05;the positive rate of HP infection is respectively:66.00%,24.00%,P<0.05;positive expression of hPOT1 in HP positive group were higher than in HP negative group,among them,positive expression of hPOT1 in HP positive group were higher than in HP negative group in the lesion before larynx cancer,P<0.05.Conclusion The expression of hPOT1 may be associated with the occurrence of laryngeal cancer.Detection of hpot1 expression and HP infection in the precancerous stage of laryngeal cancer could provide evidence for early preventive treatment.
