乳腺分叶状肿瘤患者X线和超声影像特征分析

摘　　要：目的分析乳腺分叶状肿瘤患者X线和超声影像特征。方法回顾性分析自2018年1月至2019年12月到河源市妇幼保健院进行治疗的20例乳腺分叶状肿瘤患者(38个病灶)的X线、超声影像资料、病理分型结果以及临床特征。结果良性肿瘤与恶性肿瘤、良性肿瘤与交界性肿瘤患者血流分级比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。交界性肿瘤及恶性肿瘤肿块直径≥3 cm比例高于良性肿瘤(P <0.05)。良性肿瘤、交界性肿瘤以及恶性肿瘤患者肿块形态、肿块边界比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。良性肿瘤、交界性肿瘤以及恶性肿瘤患者肿块的钙化情况、密度情况及结构情况比较差异均无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论乳腺分叶状肿瘤患者治疗前对其进行确诊的工作相对复杂,X线以及超声影像技术对乳腺分叶状肿瘤的诊断具有较高的临床价值,患者术前的最后确诊需要依靠组织学进行系统检查。肿瘤能否及时有效地被诊断以及手术治疗方式的选择决定了乳腺分叶状肿瘤患者的治疗是否有效。Objective To analyze the X-ray and ultrasound imaging characteristics of patients with lobulated breast tumor.Methods X-ray,ultrasound imaging,pathological typing and clinical features of patients with lobulated breast tumor who were admitted to Heyuan Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.Results The difference of blood flow classification between benign tumor and malignant tumor,benign tumor and borderline tumor was statistically significant(P<0.05).The ratio of borderline tumor and malignant tumor with tumor diameter≥3 cm was higher than that of benign tumor(P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in tumor morphology and tumor boundary between patients with benign tumors,borderline tumors and malignant tumors(P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in tumor morphology and tumor boundary between patients with benign tumor,borderline tumor and malignant tumor(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in calcification,density and structure of tumor between benign tumor,borderline tumor and malignant tumors(P>0.05).Conclusion The diagnosis of breast lobulated tumor before treatment is relatively complex,X-ray and ultrasound imaging techniques have a high role in the diagnosis of breast lobulated tumor,and the final diagnosis before surgery requires systematic histological examination.Whether the tumor can be diagnosed timely and effectively and the choice of surgical treatment methods determine whether the treatment of patients with breast lobulated tumor is effective.
