口腔种植修复对牙周炎牙列缺损患者种植体质量的影响

摘　　要：目的研讨口腔种植修复对牙周炎牙列缺损患者种植体质量的影响。方法纳入2018年3月至2019年10月于我院进行种植体修复治疗的牙周炎合并牙列缺损患者80例为研究对象,按随机数字表法分别设置种植修复组与局部义齿组,每组40例。局部义齿组给予常规治疗措施,种植修复组给予口腔种植修复治疗措施,于治疗结束后4个月时观察两组治疗效果。结果对比两组患者治疗后4个月时的疗效,种植修复组显效为23例,显效率为57.50%;局部义齿组显效为14例,显效率为35.00%;种植修复组有效为16例,有效率为40.00%;局部义齿组有效为19例,有效率为47.50%;种植修复组无效为1例,无效率为2.50%;局部义齿组无效为7例,无效率为17.50%。种植修复组显效率明显高于局部义齿组(P <0.05);有效率两组未见差异(P> 0.05);种植修复组无效率明显低于局部义齿组(P <0.05);种植修复组总有效率显著高于局部义齿组(P <0.05)。结论采用口腔种植修复对牙周炎合并牙列缺损患者进行治疗,能够有效提高患者牙齿咀嚼功能,且种植体质量稳定,具有临床价值。Objective To study the effect of oral implant restoration on the quality of implant in patients with periodontitis and dentition defect.Methods Eighty patients with periodontitis and dentition defect who were treated with implant restoration in our hospital from March 2018 to October 2019 were selected as the research objects,and the implant repair group and local denture group were set up according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The local denture group was given conventional treatment measures,and the implant repair group was given oral implant repair treatment measures.The treatment eff ect of the two groups was observed 4 months after the end of treatment.Results After 4 months of treatment,the eff ective number of the implant repair group was 23 cases,the eff ective rate was 57.50%;the local denture group was 14 cases,the eff ective rate was 35.00%;the eff ective number of the implant repair group was 16 cases,the eff ective rate was 40.00%;the eff ective number of the local denture group was 19 cases,the eff ective rate was 47.50%;the invalid number of the implant repair group was 1 case,the ineff ective rate was 2.50%;the invalid number of the local denture group was 7 cases,and the ineff ective rate was 17.50%.The eff ective rate of the implant restoration group was signifi cantly high than that of the local denture group(P<0.05);the eff ective rate of the two groups had no diff erence(P>0.05);the ineff ective rate of the implant restoration group was signifi cantly lower than that of the local denture group(P<0.05);the total eff ective rate of the implant restoration group was signifi cantly higher than that of the local denture group(P<0.05).Conclusion Oral implant repair can eff ectively improve the masticatory function of patients with periodontitis and dentition defect,and the implant quality is stable,which has clinical value.
