奈达铂化疗联合同期放疗治疗中晚期宫颈癌的疗效

摘　　要：目的评价对于处在中晚期阶段的宫颈癌患者采取奈达铂化疗联合同期放疗治疗的可行性,为中晚期宫颈癌患者治疗工作提供参考。方法选择我院2017年6月至2018年10月收治住院治疗的中晚期宫颈癌患者,总计84例。对中晚期宫颈癌患者进行随机分组,参照组42例患者以及试验组42例患者分别采取顺铂化疗联合同期放疗治疗、奈达铂化疗联合同期放疗治疗。对比参照组与试验组中晚期宫颈癌患者治疗后组间临床疗效、不良反应以及功能状态、生活质量状况。结果治疗后,试验组中晚期宫颈癌患者临床总有效率高于参照组、不良反应情况低于参照组、治疗后患者功能状态以及生活质量评分均高于参照组,P <0.05(数据差异有统计学意义)。结论对比顺铂化疗联合同期放疗,奈达铂化疗联合同期放疗治疗中晚期宫颈癌兼具安全性、有效性价值,且进一步改善了患的功能状况与生活质量。Objective To evaluate the feasibility of nedaplatin chemotherapy combined with radiotherapy for cervical cancer patients in the middle and late stage,and to provide reference for the treatment of cervical cancer patients in the middle and late stage.Methods From June 2017 to October 2018,84 patients with advanced cervical cancer were selected.Patients with advanced cervical cancer were randomly divided into two groups,42 patients in the reference group(cisplatin combined with radiotherapy)and 42 patients in the experimental group(nedaplatin combined with radiotherapy).To compare the clinical efficacy,adverse reactions,functional status and quality of life between the reference group and the experimental group.Results After treatment,the total clinical effective rate of patients with advanced cervical cancer in the experimental group was higher than that in the reference group,the adverse reactions were lower than that in the reference group,and the functional status and quality of life scores of patients after treatment were higher than those in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with cisplatin chemotherapy,nedaplatin chemotherapy combined with radiotherapy in the treatment of advanced cervical cancer has the value of safety and eff ectiveness,and further improves the functional status and quality of life of patients.
