康复新液联合雷贝拉唑对老年消化性溃疡的治疗作用

摘　　要：目的探讨康复新液联合雷贝拉唑对老年消化性溃疡的治疗作用。方法选择我院100例2018年1月至2019年12月老年消化性溃疡患者。随机分组,雷贝拉唑治疗组对于就诊老年消化性溃疡患者采取雷贝拉唑治疗,康复新液联合雷贝拉唑治疗组对于就诊老年消化性溃疡患者则采取雷贝拉唑+康复新液治疗。比较两组疗效;老年消化性溃疡腹胀症状、反酸症状、烧灼症状和疼痛症状消失时间;治疗前后患者疾病症状积分、溃疡平均长径、生活质量评分值;不良反应。结果康复新液联合雷贝拉唑治疗组患者的疗效,老年消化性溃疡腹胀症状、反酸症状、烧灼症状和疼痛症状消失时间,疾病症状积分,溃疡平均长径,生活质量评分均优于雷贝拉唑治疗组,P <0.05。康复新液联合雷贝拉唑治疗组和雷贝拉唑治疗组不良反应相似,P> 0.05。结论雷贝拉唑+康复新液治疗老年消化性溃疡效果好,可有效改善临床症状,缩短治疗的时间,促使溃疡缩小和改善患者的生活质量。Objective To investigate the therapeutic eff ect of kangfuxin liquid combined with rabeprazole on peptic ulcer in the elderly.Methods One hundred elderly patients with peptic ulcer from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected.Randomly divided into two groups,rabeprazole treatment group was treated with rabeprazole for elderly peptic ulcer patients,while kangfuxin liquid combined with rabeprazole treatment group was treated with rabeprazole plus kangfuxin liquid.The curative eff ects of the two groups were compared;the disappearance time of abdominal distension symptoms,acid regurgitation symptoms,burning symptoms and pain symptoms in elderly patients with peptic ulcer;the score of disease symptoms,the average length and diameter of ulcer,the score of quality of life before and after treatment,and adverse reactions.Results The curative eff ect of kangfuxin liquid combined with rabeprazole group,the disappearance time of senile peptic ulcer symptoms of abdominal distension,acid regurgitation,burning and pain,the score of disease symptoms and the average length of ulcer,the score of quality of life in the treatment group was better than that in the rabeprazole group(P<0.05).The adverse reactions of kangfuxin liquid combined with rabeprazole group were similar to those of rabeprazole group(P>0.05).Conclusion Rabeprazole plus kangfuxin liquid is eff ective in the treatment of senile peptic ulcer,which can eff ectively improve the clinical symptoms,shorten the treatment time,reduce the ulcer and improve the quality of life of the patients.
