摘　　要：为解决YD公司库存水平整体偏高、部分物料存在缺货的问题,采用关键性、易得性、经济性和空间占用率四个指标对物料进行分类,对各类物料分别采用(S,s)、(r,Q)策略制定库存控制模型,求解各种模型参数及安全库存,建立物料控制系统模拟流程,以库存成本为目标应用Anylogic软件进行仿真,将仿真结果与现行库存成本进行对比,结果发现平均库存成本降低5.64%,缺货成本降低83.4%。提出的物料分类和库存控制方法能为制造企业提高物料响应效率、降低物料管理成本提供借鉴及指导。In order to solve the problem of high inventory level and shortage of some materials in YD company,materials are classified by importance,easily available,economic and space occupancy indexes.Secondly,set policy parameters and safe inventory for each raw material while making reasonable inventory control strategy based on(S,s),(r,Q)for different types of materials.According to the different inventory control strategies establish a material control system simulation process,comparing the simulation results with the current inventory system.The results showed that the shortage cost decreased 83.4%and the average inventory cost decreased 5.64%.The Material classification and inventory control methods proposed in this paper can provide reference and guidance for manufacturing enterprises to improve material response efficiency and reduce material management costs.
