摘  要:“稀土配位聚合制备高顺式聚异戊二烯”是高校高分子材料与工程专业“高分子化学实验”课程中的重点实验项目之一。从实验装置设计和实验方案规划两个方面进行了介绍。实验使学生了解了异戊二烯的配位聚合原理,掌握了采用稀土系催化剂制备高顺式聚异戊二烯的方法。同时,实验将科研实验室常用的双排管装置、密封注射器和Shlenk瓶的基本原理和操作方法作为重点教授内容之一。实验有效提升了学生的实践能力和科研意识,增强了学生对高分子科学研究的兴趣,填补了高分子材料与工程专业配位聚合教学实验的空白,具有良好的教学效果,也为其他理科院系开设本实验提供了思路与尝试。“Preparation of high-cis polyisoprene by coordination polymerization catalized by rare earth complex”is one of the key experimental projects in“polymer chemistry experiments”for major of polymer materials and engineering.This paper introduces two aspects from experimental device design and experimental scheme planning.This experiment enables the students to understand the principles of coordination polymerization of isoprene and master the methods of preparing high-cis polyisoprene by using rare earth catalyst.At the same time,the experiment uses the double-row tube device,which is commonly used in scientific research laboratories.The basic principles and operation methods of sealed syringe,Shlenk bottle are one of the key teaching topics.This experiment effectively improves students practical abilities and scientific research consciousness.The development of this experiment fills the blank of the teaching experiment in the coordination polymerization.It has good teaching effects and provides ideas and efforts for other science colleges to set up this kind of experiments.
