摘　　要：为了培养适应国家发展需要的高层次创新人才,促进国家教育教学改革,结合天津医科大学实际情况,教学中心建立了一种实验室开放式教学管理模式。该开放式教学模式可以提高学生创新能力和实践能力,激发学生学习的积极性。同时实现了资源共享,提高仪器设备和教学资源的利用率,有利于推动实验教学改革。In order to cultivate high-level innovative talents to meet the needs of national development and to promote national education and teaching reform,combined with the Tianjin Medical University real situation,the teaching center has established an open teaching management mode,which enhances students’innovation ability and practice ability,also inspire the students’initiative.That also realize resource sharing,improves the utilization of the equipment and teaching resources,which is conducive to promoting the experimental teaching reform.
