摘　　要：高校科研实验室是科学研究和人才培养的重要基地,是科研创新成果产出的重要场所。目前地方高校科研实验室大型仪器设备的种类和数量呈逐年增加的趋势,但在管理与开放上存在使用效率低、共享程度不高、管理维护不科学、绩效评价考核机制不完善等问题。针对以上现状并结合科研实验室仪器管理实践,提出了从建立大型仪器设备开放共享管理平台、健全并落实仪器维护与管理制度、加强仪器管理队伍建设三个方面对大型仪器设备进行信息化和网络化统筹管理、实现开放共享,用制度保障仪器的高效运转和实验人员的积极稳定等策略,有效提高地方高校科研实验室大型仪器开发利用潜能,更好地为学校科学研究、学科建设、人才培养服务。The scientific research laboratory in colleges and universities is an important base for scientific research and personnel training,and an important place for the output of scientific research innovations.With the increase of the state investment in the construction of scientific research laboratories in local universities,the types and quantity of large-scale instruments and equipment in laboratories are increasing year by year.However,at present,there are such problems in the management of large-scale instruments in scientific research laboratories of local universities as low efficiency,low sharing degree,unscientific management and maintenance,and imperfect performance evaluation mechanism.This paper aims at the present situation and combines the practice of instrument management in scientific research laboratory,proposed that the information and network integrated management of large-scale instruments should be carried out from three aspects:establishing open and shared management platform of large-scale instruments and equipment,perfecting and implementing the system of maintenance and management of instrument,strengthening the construction of instrument management team,in order to realize the strategy of opening and sharing,to ensure the efficient operation of instruments and the active stability of experimenters with the system,so as to improve the development and utilization potential of large-scale instruments in scientific research laboratories and better serve the scientific research and discipline construction of local universities.
