摘  要:针对马氏体气阀钢连铸过程中容易出现漏钢、表面缺陷和内部缺陷问题,基于钢种特性分析,设计了马氏体气阀钢连铸的关键工艺。通过冷却制度、保护渣、过热度和电磁搅拌设计,显著提高了铸坯表面质量和内部质量,打通了连铸生产马氏体气阀钢的关键技术难点。In order to solve the problems of steel breakout,surface defects and internal defects in continuous casting of martensitic valve steel,the key technology of continuous casting of martensitic valve steel was designed based on the analysis of steel characteristics.Through the design of cooling system,slag,superheat and electromagnetic stirring,the surface quality and internal quality of the billet are improved remarkably,and the key technology of producing martensitic valve steel by continuous casting is developed.
