健康中国背景下新型体育教师培养与发展研究

摘　　要：基于健康中国这一背景,首先阐释健康中国对新型体育教师培养提出的具体要求,并分析当前体育教师培养中存在的教育体系不完善、教学内容不全面、基础设施不健全等问题。进而针对这些现实困境,分别从人才培养目标和规格、课程教学体系、育人机制改革、审核评价方法以及师资团队建设等多个维度,提出新型体育教师培养和发展的有效策略,旨在提高体育教师的教学能力,为实现他们的可持续发展奠定坚实基础。Based on the background of healthy China,this paper first explains the specific requirements of healthy China on the cultivation of new-type physical education teachers,and then analyzes the problems existing in the current cultivation of physical education teachers,such as the imperfect education system,the incomplete teaching content and the incomplete infrastructure.In view of these practical difficulties,the effective strategies for the cultivation and development of new-type physical education teachers are proposed from the dimensions of talent cultivation objectives and specifications,curriculum teaching system,reform of the education mechanism,review and evaluation methods,and construction of the teacher team,aiming to improve the teaching ability of physical education teachers and lay a solid foundation for their sustainable development.
