摘  要:目的研究案例及任务驱动教学在神经外科临床带教中的应用效果。方法研究时段为2017年6月—2019年8月,医院神经外科实习生(n=150)作为研究对象,按带教的方式进行分类:对照组(n=75,采用传统教学法),观察组(n=75,采用案例及任务驱动教学),对比两组的考核成绩、综合能力与对带教模式的满意度。结果观察组理论知识和操作技能考核成绩、学习兴趣、分析能力、创新能力、沟通技巧和档案整理能力均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);教学总满意度观察组显著高于对照组[97.33%vs.72.00%](P<0.05)。结论神经外科临床带教中采用案例结合任务驱动教学效果显著。Objective To study the application effect of case study and task driven Teaching in neurosurgery clinical teaching.Methods Study period:from June 2017 to August 2019,neurosurgery interns(n=150)in our hospital were divided into two groups according to the way of teaching:the control group(n=75,using traditional teaching method),the observation group(n=75,using case and task-driven teaching),and the evaluation results,comprehensive ability and satisfaction with teaching mode of the two groups.Results The scores of theoretical knowledge and operation skills,learning interest,analysis ability,innovation ability,communication skill and file arrangement ability in the observation group were more higher than control group(P<0.05);the total satisfaction of teaching in the observation group was obviously increased than that in control group[97.33%vs.72.00%](P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical teaching of neurosurgery,case combined with task driven teaching has a significant effect,which improves students'examination results,comprehensive ability and teaching satisfaction.
