摘 要:目的探究糖尿病患者甘油三酯(Triglyceride,TG)水平与胰岛素抵抗、糖化血红蛋白(glycated hemoglobin,HbA1c)浓度的相关性。方法选择2016年1月—2019年1月于医院接受治疗的136例糖尿病患者为研究对象,分别对其实施血TG、胰岛素敏感指数(IAI)及HbA1c浓度的检测,以TG=1.8 mmol/L为分界点将136例糖尿病患者区分为高血脂组(82例)和低血脂组(54例),对比两组糖尿病患者IAI及HbA1c浓度差异。结果对比发现,高血脂组糖尿病患者HbA1c浓度明显高于低血脂组,IAI指数明显低于低血脂组(P<0.05)。结论高血脂在一定程度上会对糖尿病患者血糖代谢产生影响,同时还会降低患者对胰岛素的敏感度,增加患者胰岛素抵抗,临床上可通过该方式对糖尿病患者实施干预。Objective To explore the relationship between triglyceride(TG)level and insulin resistance,glycated hemoglobin(HbA1c)concentration in diabetic patients.Methods 136 patients with diabetes who were treated in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2019 were selected as the subjects.Blood TG,insulin sensitivity index(IAI)and HbA1c levels were measured respectively.136 diabetic patients were divided into hyperlipidemia group(82 cases)and hypolipidemia group(54 cases)with TG=1.8 mmol/L as the demarcation point.The differences of IAI and HbA1c levels between the two groups were compared.Results It was found that the concentration of HbA1c in hyperlipidemia group was significantly higher than that in hypolipidemia group,and the IAI index was significantly lower than that in hypolipidemia group(P<0.05).Conclusion Hyperlipidemia can affect blood glucose metabolism in diabetic patients to a certain extent.It can also reduce the sensitivity of patients to insulin and increase insulin resistance.It can be used to intervene diabetic patients clinically.
