摘 要:柴油机和变频电机工作特性不同,造成实际泥泵特性曲线存在差别。分析柴油机和变频电机的设备特性,并研究变频电机驱动、柴油机单速比齿轮箱及多速比齿轮箱驱动、柴油机功率受限驱动等对泥泵性能的影响,从传动效率、调速范围、经济性及对各输送工况的适应性方面进行对比分析。结果表明,柴油机驱动的传动效率比变频电机驱动更高,变频电机驱动的调速范围比柴油机驱动更宽,中等排距工况时柴油机能提供更大的功率,变频电机驱动系统的复杂程度、初始投资、能量利用率、安全性均较高。The working characteristics of diesel engine and variable frequency motor are different,which causes the difference of pump characteristic curve.We analyze the equipment characteristics of diesel engine and variable frequency motor,study the influence of variable frequency motor drive,single speed ratio gearbox and multi speed ratio gearbox drive of diesel engine,limited power drive of diesel engine on the performance of mud pump,and compare and analyze the transmission efficiency,speed range,economy and adaptability of each transmission condition for reference in dredging engineering field.The results show that the transmission efficiency of the diesel engine drive is higher than that of the variable frequency motor drive.The speed range of the variable frequency motor drive is wider than that of the diesel engine drive.The diesel engine can provide more power under the condition of medium discharge distance.The complexity,initial investment,energy utilization and safety of the variable frequency motor drive system are higher.
