大学生阻生智齿拔除术前的焦虑水平及相关因素

摘　　要：目的:了解大学生阻生智齿拔除术前的牙科焦虑水平,分析可能的相关因素。方法:选取584例拟拔除阻生智齿的大学生患者,其中227例进行了对侧第2次阻生齿的拔除,每次均在拔除术前采用Corah'S牙科焦虑量表(DAS)评估焦虑水平(DAS≥13分为有明显牙科焦虑症状),分析相关因素。结果:584例患者DAS平均分(9.9±3.0)分,110例(18.8%)存在牙科焦虑症状。女性和有亲友陪伴的患者焦虑发生率较高(P<0.05),227例患者第2次拔除智齿时DAS总分低于第1次拔除时[(7.9±2.8)vs.(10.0±3.1),P<0.05],第2次拔除智齿时明显牙科焦虑症状发生率低于第1次(5.3%vs.18.9%,P<0.05)。结论:拔除阻生智齿的大学生患者常见术前焦虑;女性及有亲友陪伴的患者焦虑症状更明显,患者第2次拔除对侧阻生智齿时焦虑症状减轻。Objective:To investigate the level of dental anxiety and related factors in college students with impacted third molar extraction.Methods:Totally 584 college students with impacted third molar were selected,and 227 of them underwent the second impacted third molar extraction on the opposite side.The Corah’ s Dental Anxiety Scale(DAS) was used to evaluate the anxiety level before each extraction(the DAS total score ≥13 were considered as having obvious dental anxiety symptoms).Results:The average DAS score of 584 patients was(9.9±3.0),and 110(18.8%) patients had obvious dental anxietysymptoms.The rate of dental anxiety was higher in female patients and patients accompanied by relatives and friends(P<0.05).The DAS total scores of 227 patients were lower at the second third molar extraction than at the first extraction [(7.9±2.8) vs.(10.0±3.1),P<0.05],and the rate of dental anxiety symptoms was lower at the second third molar extraction than at the first extraction(5.3% vs.18.9%,P<0.05).Conclusion:It suggests that the preoperative dental anxiety in college students with impacted third molar extraction is common,especially in females and those accompanied by relatives and friends.The dental anxiety symptoms may be relieved when the opposite impacted third molar is removed for the second time.
