摘 要:电液压力伺服阀一般采用阀芯压力反馈或电反馈的反馈形式。根据喷嘴挡板式力反馈式电液流量伺服阀的特点,通过加大负重叠量,设计了使用反馈杆将阀芯位置力反馈至挡板的电液压力伺服阀。理论分析及仿真结果表明其输出压力与输入电信号呈线性关系,且负重叠越大,线性区间越大,在此基础上进行了试验验证,试验结果与仿真结果基本一致。力反馈式电液压力伺服阀动态特性高、工艺性好、滑阀级内漏可接受。可以作为电液压力伺服阀使用。The feedback of pressure servo-valve is normally pressure feedback on spool or electrical feedback by sensor.Base on the single output nozzle-flapper force feedback Electro-hydraulic flow servo-valve,designs a new force feedback pressure servo-valve by enlarge the underlap,using a rod feedback the position of the spool to the flapper by force.Theoretical and simulation analysis results indicate a linear relationship between the output pressure and the input current of valve,and the greater the underlap the larger the linear interval.The valve also has the characteristics of high dynamic,good process and acceptable leakage,can be used as Pressure Servo-valve.
