积极心理品质对留守经历职业院校大学生抑郁情绪的影响

摘　　要：本文调研了留守经历职业院校大学生积极心理品质(生活满意度、积极情绪、希望感)和抑郁情绪状况,探讨了积极心理品质对留守经历职业院校大学生抑郁情绪的影响。结果表明:留守经历职业院校大学生的生活满意度、积极情绪以及希望感显著低于非留守经历大学生,而其抑郁情绪显著高于非留守经历大学生;职业院校留守经历大学生的生活满意度、希望感与抑郁情绪呈显著负相关,其生活满意度以及希望感对留守经历大学生的抑郁情绪具有显著的负向预测作用,职业院校留守经历大学生的消极情绪与抑郁情绪呈显著正相关,且对其抑郁情绪具有显著的正向预测作用。积极心理品质对降低留守经历职业院校大学生的抑郁情绪具有积极的保护作用。This paper investigates the depression status and the active psychology quality of vocational students with left experience,including life satisfaction,active emotion,and hopeful feeling,and explores the influence from active psychology quality to depression of vocational students with left experience.The result shows that these students’life satisfaction,active emotion,and hopeful feeling are greatly less than students without left experience,and their depression are greatly more than students without left experience.There is negative correlation among life satisfaction,hopeful feeling and depression.The life satisfaction and hopeful feeling have negative predicative effect on depression of students with left experience.There is significant positive correlation between negative feeling and depression of students with left experience,which has significant positive predicative effect.The active psychology quality has active protective effect to decrease depression of students with left experience.
