摘  要:中国管理哲学研究从起步到现在,开始对中国古典书籍和中国传统文化进行系统梳理,形成中国管理哲学思想理论体系,并在中国文化下进行了企业成功管理实践的创新。西方管理阐述的重点是提高组织经济效益,提升组织运行效率的问题。受儒家文化影响,中国传统管理思想一是注重国家整体利益;二是注重“修己”“安人”。西方文化其实是一种崇尚科学的“工具理性”文化,中国古代的东方管理之道,将其从政治层面成功地转移到经济层面,取得了举世瞩目的成绩。“人性化”是管理的至高境界,是新理念、新思维,其管理的宗旨就是“仁治”,要求所有者以及经营者施“仁政”于国家、社会和民众。中国企业在经营过程中继承了“以义为先”的思想来追逐利益,不取不义之财,注重长远效益,做到义利兼得。将中国文化运用于现代企业管理之中,在企业与公众的平衡点上寻求发展,对提升企业市场竞争力有很大帮助。From the beginning to the present,the study of Chinese management philosophy began to systematically sort out the Chinese classical books and Chinese traditional culture,formed the theoretical system of Chinese management philosophy,and innovated the successful management practice of enterprises under the Chinese culture.The focus of Western management is to improve the economic efficiency of the organization and the operation efficiency of the organization.Under the influence of Confucian culture,Chinese traditional management thought pays attention to the overall interests of the country,and pays attention to“self-cultivation”and“safety of people”.In fact,western culture is a kind of“instrumental rationality”culture which advocates science.In ancient China,the oriental management method successfully transferred it from political level to economic level,and made remarkable achievements."Humanization"is the highest level of management,is a new concept and new thinking.The purpose of its management is"benevolent governance",which requires owners and operators to implement“benevolent government”to the state,society and the public.In the process of operation,Chinese enterprises have inherited the idea of“justice first”to pursue interests,not to take ill gotten gains,pay attention to long-term benefits,and achieve both justice and benefit.Applying Chinese culture to modern enterprise management and seeking development on the balance point between enterprises and the public is of great help to enhance the market competitiveness of enterprises.
