摘 要:目的比较脉冲Nd:YAP激光融化根管内传统镍钛器械(ProTaper)与控制记忆合金镍钛器械(M3-L的效率。方法收集20颗离体下颌磨牙,将不同镍钛器械分别分离于近颊根管或近舌根管的中1/3,使用脉冲Nd:YAP激光器的不同模式照射断械,根据照射模式(C+模式、D-模式)与器械类型(ProTaper F1、M3-L L1)随机分为4组,每组10个样本,记录断械的融化时间及融化过程中的温度变化,并对结果进行分析。结果两种断械在根管内的融化时间无统计学差异(P>0.05),两个照射模式融化断械时的效率和温度变化值相当(P>0.05)。结论脉冲Nd:YAP激光融化根管内分离的不同材质镍钛器械时效果相当,且照射模式对效率和温度变化无明显影响。Objective To investigate the efficiency of plused Nd:YAP laser on removal of different fractured rotary nickel-titanium instruments from root canals.Methods Twenty mandibular molars with similar anatomic configuration in mesiobuccal and mesiolingual canals were selected.Different nickel-titanium instruments(ProTaper F1 and M3-L L1)were fractured in the middle third of mesiobuccal or mesiolingual canal,then the fractured instruments were irradiated with pulsed Nd:YAP laser in different power settings.The samples were randomly divided into four groups according to instrument types(ProTaper F1,M3-L L1)and irradiation parameters(C+mode,D-mode),10 of each.Time required for removal of the instrument fragments and temperature rises during irradiation were recorded.The results were statistically analyzed.Results The time consumed for removal of the fragments was similar in ProTaper F1 group and M3-L L1 group(P>0.05).Efficiencies and temperature rises of C+mode and D-mode were comparable(P>0.05).Conclusion Pulsed Nd:YAP laser shows similar efficiency when removing different fractured rotary nickel-titanium instruments.
