肿瘤生物标志物检验中化学发光免疫法的临床价值及检出率分析

摘　　要：目的分析探讨肿瘤生物标志物检验中化学发光免疫法的临床价值及检出率情况。方法选取佛山市第三人民医院2018年7月至2019年12月收治的肿瘤患者30例作为观察组,另选择同期进行健康体检的人群30例作为对照组,两组研究对象均采取化学发光免疫法对肿瘤生物标志物进行检验,包括甲胎蛋白(AFP)、癌胚抗原(CEA)、铁蛋白(FER)、糖类抗原199(CA199)4项。比较两组研究对象各项肿瘤生物指标物检验结果,以及各指标的阳性检出率。结果观察组患者的AFP、CEA、FER、CA1994项肿瘤生物指标物水平均显著高于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在AFP阳性率、CEA阳性率、FER阳性率、CA199阳性率方面比较,观察组分别为83.33%、83.33%、90.00%、93.33%,均显著高于对照组的1.00%、0.00%、0.00%、0.00%(P<0.05)。结论化学发光免疫法检测肿瘤生物标志物的临床应用效果显著,可客观判断肿瘤患者的肿瘤生物标志物指标水平,为进一步的临床诊疗工作提供了客观、科学的参考依据,值得临床推广应用。Objective To analyze the clinical value and detection rate of chemiluminescence immunoassay in the detection of tumor biomarkers.Methods A total of 30 cases of cancer patients in Foshan Third People's Hospital from July 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the main subjects(observation group),and 30 healthy people who came to Foshan Third People's Hospital for physical examination at the same period were selected as control group(control group).The tumor biomarkers of the two groups were tested by chemiluminescence immunoassay,including alpha fetoprotein(AFP)The results of tumor biological indicators were compared between the two groups,and the positive detection rate of each index was compared between the two groups.Results AFP,CEA,fer and CA199 in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).In terms of AFP positive rate,CEA positive rate,fer positive rate and CA199 positive rate,the observation group was 83.33%,83.33%,90.00%,93.33%,which were significantly higher than the control group of 1.00%,0.00%,0.00%,0.00%,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Chemiluminescence immunoassay is effective in detecting tumor biomarkers,which can objectively judge the level of tumor biomarkers in tumor patients,and provide objective and scientific reference for further clinical diagnosis and treatment.Therefore,it has the value of popularization and application.
