摘　　要：乳腺癌是女性发病率最高的恶性肿瘤,随着综合诊疗技术的发展,乳腺癌患者的预后得到极大的改善,育龄期乳腺癌患者的生育需求日益增加。本文对乳腺癌综合治疗对生育能力的影响、生育对乳腺癌预后的影响、乳腺癌对妊娠结局的影响以及目前可行的乳腺癌患者生育保护措施等相关研究及进展进行综述,以期为乳腺癌患者的生育决策提供更确切的理论依据。Breast cancer is the most common malignant tumor in women.With the progress of comprehensive diagnosis and treatment,the prognosis of patients with breast cancer has been greatly improved,and the breast cancer patients of childbearing age have increasing fertility needs This paper reviews the studies and progress related to the impact of comprehensive treatment on fertility,the influence of fertility on breast cancer prognosis,the effect of breast cancer on pregnancy outcomes,and the currently feasible fertility protection measures for breast cancer patients,in order to provide a more accurate theoretical basis for fertility decision-making of the patients with breast cancer.
