新冠肺炎疫情下护患关系信任度调查与分析——基于混合研究视角

摘　　要：采用护患关系信任度量表对湖北某医院70名患者进行问卷调查,并对10名患者进行半结构式访谈。通过混合研究方法,了解新冠肺炎疫情下,护患关系信任度现状,并分析其影响因素,以期为进一步提高护患关系信任度提供参考依据。量性结果显示,新冠肺炎患者护患信任度总均分为(147.31±13.96)分;维度得分由高到低依次为:知识与技术的权威性、对未来的信心、一贯性、安心感、尊重。沟通交流是护患关系信任度的影响因素。质性访谈结果显示,护患关系信任度的影响因素可归纳为2个主题:促进护患关系信任度的因素和阻碍护患关系信任度的因素,其中促进护患关系信任度的因素包括3个亚主题:基于共情的沟通交流、认可患者的自我管理能力、耐心负责;阻碍护患关系信任度的因素包括2个亚主题:不同的语言文化、过度的保护与支持。在新冠肺炎疫情下,更加要重视有效沟通交流,以增强护患信任度,促进患者的快速康复。The nurse-patient relationship trust scale was used to conduct the questionnaire survey on 70 patients in a hospital in Hubei,and the semi-structured interview was conducted with 10 patients.Through mixed research methods,the purpose of this study was to understand the current situation of trust in the nurse-patient relationship under the new crown pneumonia epidemic,and analyze its influencing factors,so as to provide a reference for further improving the trust in the nurse-patient relationship.Quantitative results showed that the total average score of nurse-patient trust in patients with new coronary pneumonia was(147.31±13.96).The dimensionality scores from high to low were as follows,including:the authority of knowledge and technology,confidence in the future,consistency,peace of mind,and respect.Communication was an influencing factor of trust in the nurse-patient relationship.The results of qualitative interviews showed that the influencing factors of trust in nurse-patient relationship can be summarized into two themes,including:factors that promote trust in nurse-patient relationship and factors that hinder trust in nurse-patient relationship.Among them,the factors that promote trust in the nurse-patient relationship include three sub-themes:empathy-based communication,recognition of the patient’s self-management ability,and patient responsibility;factors that hinder the trust in the nurse-patient relationship include two sub-themes:different languages Culture,excessive protection and support.Under the COVID-19,it is necessary to pay more attention to effective communication to enhance the trust of nurses and patients and promote the rapid recovery of patients.
